Note: Client refers to the person/company hiring Treasure Web Designs to design their website.
Payment
In most case we need to purchase a theme, plugins, etc. For this reason payment is required before your work begins.
Refunds
Sorry, we do not offer any sort of refund. All sales are final, however we will make as many reasonable changes as needed so that you are happy with the site when it is finished. To be assured of the quality of our work, we can provide you with many samples of websites we have created and many references.
There are no refunds for hosting or for SEO work done on your website.
Website Text Content
All text content must be your own if we have not written the content for you. You cannot copy text from another website word for word. The client is responsible for all copyright infringements.
Website Images
If the client is providing images for their website they must make sure that they own the rights to the images or have created the images themselves. The client is responsible for all copyright infringements. Images cannot be “gathered” from the internet without written permission from the owner.
If Treasure Web Designs is providing images for their website we will only use images we have created or purchased for the client. Any images we purchase may be used on other websites we create.
Website Completion
The client will let us know by email that the website is complete. If no communication is received from the client for one week, the website will be considered complete. Once the website is complete, we will do any minor changes needed for 30 days free of charge. Any changes need after 30 days can still be done. However we will charge a small fee for our time.
Ownership of Website
The domain name, website and website content are all the property of the client. Treasure Web Designs does not hold any ownership of the website and the website is the sole responsibility of the client, including any copyright infringements.
Confidentiality
Treasure Web Designs will not at any time or in any manner divulge, disclose or communicate in any manner any information that is proprietary to the Client. Treasure Web Designs will protect such information and treat it as strictly confidential.
