Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before hiring Treasure Web Designs.
For the purpose of this agreement, “Client” refers to the person or company hiring Treasure Web Designs for website design, SEO, hosting, content, or related services.
These terms help ensure a smooth project process and protect both parties.
Payment Terms
Most projects require us to purchase themes, plugins, software, hosting resources, or other tools before work begins.
Therefore, payment is required before we start your project. This allows us to secure the necessary tools and schedule your work properly.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds. All sales are final.
However, we work closely with every client to make reasonable revisions during the design phase so you are happy with the finished website. In addition, we can provide website samples and client references so you can feel confident before moving forward.
Please note that we also do not offer refunds for:
- Hosting services
- Domain purchases
- SEO services already completed
- Plugin or theme purchases
- Third-party software licenses
Website Text Content
If you provide your own website content, it must be original or properly licensed.
You may not copy text directly from another website without written permission. The client accepts full responsibility for any copyright infringement claims related to supplied text.
Website Images
If you provide images, you must own the rights or have permission to use them.
Images cannot be copied from the internet without written authorization from the owner. Therefore, the client remains responsible for copyright compliance on all supplied images.
If Treasure Web Designs provides images, we only use content we create ourselves or images we purchase legally for client use. In addition, purchased stock images may also appear in other projects we create.
Website Completion and Final Changes
The client confirms website completion by email.
If we do not receive communication for one week, we may mark the website as complete. After completion, we include minor edits free of charge for 30 days.
After the 30-day period, we can still make updates. However, additional changes may include a small fee based on the time required.
Ownership of Website
The client owns the domain name, website files, and all approved website content upon final payment.
Treasure Web Designs does not claim ownership of the completed website. However, the client remains fully responsible for ongoing legal compliance, copyright permissions, and website usage.
Confidentiality
Treasure Web Designs respects your confidential business information.
We do not share, disclose, or communicate proprietary client information at any time. Instead, we protect all confidential materials and treat them as strictly private throughout the project.
