Excellent Promotion Ideas, Part 1

Below are some great ideas you can use to promote your business. This is part one of our promotion ideas.

1. Create scratch tickets that your customers can scratch. They win a discount of 5%, 10%, 20% 50% or whatever off their next purchase.

2. Have calendars printed with your company Logo and contact information. You can give these calendars to your customers.

3. Offer a discount or cash back if they send you a referral. Word of mouth is an excellent way to get new business.

4. Offer a free shipping discount.

5. Offer a free gift with a purchase over a certain amount for a limited time.

6. Offer a “we want you back” discount to customers who have not purchased in a while.

7. Offer a new customer discount, such as 20% off their first order.

8. Offer a discount if they buy more than one item per order.

9. Join our mailing list to get 10% off your next order. This is a great way to grow your mailing list.

10. Offer a punch card or something similar. Each time they order, you punch their card. Your customer gets 20% off when the punch card is full. Or, you can offer free shipping when the punch card is full.

11. BOGO. Buy one get one at 20% off.

12. Cross promotion. When your customer buys a specific item, they get 20% off a different item. Or, if they purchase again within a certain amount of time they get 20% off.

13. Give a discount code out to your newsletter subscribers. When they use that code, they get 20% off their next purchase.

14. Like a senior’s discount, offer a discount to a certain group of people.
